The preferred areas identified do not match the traditional linear development along the entire length of Norwich Road in Brooke, and would substantially change the character of development in this area
The plan must identify a range of housing from 2 / 3bed properties to 4/5 bed properties to encourage diversification of the age structure of the village, support local facilities

Existing properties at the northern end of Norwich Road, from the village hall northwards, are single properties facing on to the road. There is no “estate development” north of the village hall. This proposed development would be totally out of character with the area. If properties must be built they should follow the existing building line and there should be no development permitted that extends behind the existing properties.
There should not be a housing estate built here - any properties should flow the existing building line.
