We have had site meetings with planning at SNDC and the Council is able to support the original allocation of up to five buildings but anything more than that causes real concerns: access, dominance, flooding to name just three. we have separately submitted documents in 2020 and 2021 to outline our reasons.
built on will disallow the run off of water from two directions that currently soak away onto this land. with built up roads, driveways and housing the land could not manage the winter run off without danger to the surrounding buildings including the listed pub and road way

Contain the development to only five dwellings maximum. Provide attenuation basin and flooding protection. Ensure the access is not inhibiting the already busy crossroads between High Road Low Road and Tunbeck Close
