I don't agree with part of the above statement- To the north of the site is a linear development of 4-5 bungalows fronting west of B1113 Norwich Road.
Bleach Cottage and its setting within the conservation area extends deep into Hall road, therefore there will be no separation from VC TAC1 across the E1 Ashwellthorpe plateau at this point.
