As set out within our detailed representation the land to the north of Norwich Road provides a suitable site, which is deliverable and developable, relates well to existing development, lies immediately adjacent to the development boundary, as well as services and facilities within the surrounding area. The site would provide 49 dwellings which would go a significant way in ensuring the housing need is met. It is considered the site is suitable for the residential use proposed and should be considered favourably as part of the ongoing assessment/consideration of housing allocations within the village cluster of Morley and Deopham.

The Parishes are outside the IDD boundary and within the Norfolk Rivers watershed catchment.
If surface water discharges within the watershed catchment of the Board's IDD, we request that this discharge is facilitated in line with the Non-statutory technical standards for sustainable drainage systems (SuDS).
