South Norfolk Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan (Reg. 18 Draft)

Respondent: Keith Day Architects

Representation Summary:

re SN0399B site.
This site has a public footpath to its southern border adjoining a drainage ditch which is not owned.
The site is elevated from the highway and vision splays would be difficult to achieve without the removal of the hedge within the total width of the site and the bank. The field to the north has its own hedge and bank which would be a restriction to achieving vision splays
Despite it being a 30mph speed restriction ,in reality vehicles are often travelling at about 45-50mph at this point as the road runs down to the village centre
