Please see supporting Statement (PDF) appended to this submission for reasoning as to why the Reg. 19 consultation draft is potentially unsound with the omission of my clients' site (ref. SN5027) as an allocation (PART B in particular).
PART A is intended to assist Officers of the Council with their site assessment and selection processes (HELAA and VCHAP and including future reviews of the VCHAP).
Allocate my client's site for residential development (possibly self-build) as part of the emerging VCHAP process.
