SN5043 - I agree with this being rejected. Highways access would be a nightmare and potentially dangerous - cars accelerating away from the Tasburgh hill turning could come over the brow and meet backed up traffic trying to access a single track access to the site. Also impractical for a refuse collection perspective, all existing houses off the road in this vicinity have to bring their bins to the roadside - up a short track is one thing, across a small estate is another!
SN5043-recommended for rejection. I agree, originally 17(?) dwellings proposed then amended to 12. Single narrow track entrance only to site. Assuming 24 cars using access with no space for footpath and potential back up onto main road with a blind turning in from the railway direction then totally unsuitable for access. This in addition to the four houses already using this linking track to the main road. I agree with Highways red rating. In addition all existing houses on lane have to bring rubbish bins to roadside, this would mean there could be an extra 24 bins in one spot on the roadside on a joint refuse and compost bin day, inevitably causing access issues as well as the need for future residents (possibly elderly like me) to walk the length of a field with their heavy bins!
