Error in section 3.3 that may have led to possible significant omission(s) from the document in later sections. Reference was made to the out-of-date NPPF 2023 whereas the latest iteration is NPPF 2024. I believe the omission(s) concerns the updated "Identifying land for homes" Paras 72-77 of NPPF Dec 2024. Reference is made in the draft SPD to NPPF Paragraph 84. Perhaps the 'securing of heritage assets issue' warrants further comment in the draft SPD.
