There are no designated heritage assets on site. Green Farmhouse listed at grade II, lies to the east of the site. However, given the distance we consider that the development of the proposed allocation would have limited impact of the setting of the heritage asset.

We support the policy requirement to engage with us as early as possible on connections to the vacuum sewer network in Bunwell. However, as raised previously, the small-scale nature of the proposed site should not require a need to determine the capacity of the receiving WRC.
