We want to support the removal of this site SN4048SL for any future development and have veeb told to do this here.
This site would be useful suitable for a number of reasons other than those given in the initial reasoning. The land in this area is very subject to flooding when there is very high levels of constant rain which will result in the houses along the street opposite this proposed site being flooded. The road through the village is very busy and access from this proposed site will be extremely dangerous as there is a blind corner just before it, lots of parked cars in rhe village obstructing the view and the cow Lane junction so it would be very dangerous to try and get in and out of the site safely. Traffic often comes through the village very fast. There is also no pavement along that section of road and this would kake walking along the road very dangerous as well. We have no services in the village, no public transport and no employment opportunities so Hapton is not a good site
