Wood Farm Development, Phases 1 and 2, provided very extenisve additional residential accommodation in Ashwellthorpe. No further development should be considered.
Give more weight to the habitat importance, climate change mitigation potential and amenity potential of the proposed site in a village which has already lost significant habitat to development.
