This site is poorly situated having to have a vehicular entrance between two blind bends on Hackford road. Also a previous examination of the site revealed that it had very poor drainage.
Also local knowledge has it that a Saxon or Roman road from St Andrews church to Primrose Farm crosses the site, and this should be thoroughly investigated prior to any decision.
