This is a brown field site which makes it more palatable than the Alpington /Yelverton site in the same Cluster. It is however totally inaccessible to the school other than by driving.
Vehicle traffic will increase from the current c29,000 per month on Church Road on roads that are in the main single track.

The whole principle of VCHAP is a flawed one. It will change forever the feel of numerous villages in the County and erode the natural environment.
