Due to constant flooding we do not need further homes in large numbers built along New Road.
We do not need a footpath or crossing or the council would have previously looked at installing one.

Change suggested by respondent:

Rather than installing a footpath and crossing the developers should have to install a new larger diameter sewage pipe from the site to the pumping station then from the pumping station to the effluent treatment site to future proof any more flooding issues within New Road.
