Loss of privacy as access is directly in front of our property. Increased noise. Damage to existing road. Disruption to Blacksmiths Gardens residents from heavy plant traffic during construction also danger to existing residents, children, pets. Losing the green space and hedging in front of our property therefore ruining our view. Potential risk of damage to our property during construction of road extension needed and connection of mains sewerage and water to proposed development.
