Representation Summary:

Putting houses up in an area where there is already a flood risk from surface water and inadequate sewage pumping facilities would amount to craziness.
There is already a development in the village with a phase 2 planned, this alone has caused problems with the sewage and flooding already, so why cause more problems?
The field they plan to build on has a flood/drainage problem, every year in the winter it floods.

Change suggested by respondent:

There should be a new sewage system put into place, involving new pipes from New Road (including New Road) to the treatment facility, a new pumping station and a drainage facility put in place.
As there is already a second phase development in the village, this development should NOT happen.
