I note the subject application (SN5017) has not been recommended by SNDC which I agree with, however I recognise there can be an appeal process. As such I am writing to concur with the council decision and also raise some key points around this site applications that may or may not have been considered in the process, so at highlight them in writing, should a subsequent appeal be received. They are as follows:-
1. TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS IMPACTS
2. INABILITY OF BRAMERTON TO SUPPORT SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT
3. ENCROACHMENT INTO COUNTRYSIDE
4. IMPACT ON SETTING OF BRAMERTON CONSERVATION AREA
