The properties proposed are at the far end of the village from existing village amenities. There will
inevitably be a an increase in car journeys to use those amenities.
It is wishful thinking to assume the potential residents of this site will be employed at the local business park and even if they are, there is no footpath between the 2 locations so there would be an inevitable increase in car journeys
