I agree with the District Council report, dated 28/04/2022, that I recently received a copy of, that site reference SN5017, Easthill Lane, Bamerton, is not suitable for development. I also support the decision that the site, Land north of Church Farm, was deemed unreasonable.
REASONS AS FOLLOWS:
1. EASTHILL LANE IS VERY, VERY NARROW
2. ACCESS TO THE LAND IN QUESTION IS VERY LIMITED
3. MAJOR IMPACTS RE TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAY
4. BRAMERTON HAS NO AMENITIES e.g SCHOOL, SHOP, DOCTOR'S SURGERY
