I should add that in the past the Planning Inspectorate rejected development in Yelverton owing to the poor road access. I fail to see other than road widening how on earth anybody thinks roads in Alpington and Yelverton are suitable for any increase in traffic. At least Brooke is on a main 2 way road B1332 unlike are single track with passing places of front gardens and hedgerows. Perhaps someone should try driving around the village and see how often they have to pull into driveways etc. Roads totally unable to cope with extra traffic
