The ground levels of the proposed site slopes downward towards my property, meaning surface water will run down and flood our front garden and entrance to our house.
With the undulation of the site, should the proposed dwellings be houses, they would overlook our house, and a once traditional village cottage will become part of a housing estate.

Any building should be low level and be joined to the main sewage system, or have cess pits.
