Representation Summary:

Increased traffic - each dwelling will probably have 2 cars (or more, depending on occupancy), owing to lack of public transport and access to amenities such as shops, schools.
Flooding issues. Road often floods and developers ALWAYS underestimate sewage and drainage capacity, e.g. Wood Farm and the estates in Wymondham.
Increased noise in what is essentially a rural area. The Wood Farm estate has already had an impact on noise.
Increased light polution and its effect on wildlife, owls, bats, moths etc - Wood Farm, as above.
An estate is totally out of keeping with the locality.

Change suggested by respondent:

I do not think that the plan for Ashwellthorpe should go ahead at all.
