At the present moment residents on the south side of Staithe Road (opposite your site) enjoy visibility northwards viewing the Waveney Valley and high ground beyond to Somerleyton etc. It is noted that you are prepared to erect a screening of trees to blank the new houses from the Broads Authority land but what about our view where Valley will be replaced the new houses.
Destruction of the ancient hedgerow is another way our rural outlook is going to be radically changed for the worse.
