Representation Summary:

This planned policy increases the proposed development site in size from its previous draft. It exceeds the definition of small and medium sized sites stated by the NPPF.
The proposed plan of up to 30 dwellings will not enhance the village. There is no other development of this size currently in the village therefore it is not in keeping with character of the village settlement.
The proposed soft landscaping of the site will not protect the extensive landscape views.
