Narrow roads to site from all directions which are being damaged by already increased traffic. 25 dwellings will create further large increase in vehicles making walking/cycling hazardous in 60mph speed limit zone especially at school/work time.
No safe cycle routes to main centres of employment.
Potential increase in light pollution.
Local school is full.

Change suggested by respondent:

Reduction : 12-15 dwellings.
Speed limit reduced to 30mph in the village.
Road signage to indicate narrow/single track roads on all roads entering the village.
No street lighting.
