Representation Summary:

I am concerned that the soundness of the plan is based on the accuracy of the comments in 2.9. The site has one point of access to Church Road, but because of a lack of direct access to Wheel Road or Framingham Road requires a long circuitous route. Using the footpath to the north of the site in order to access Wheel Road or Framingham Earl Road is of little benefit, as the footpath emerges to the west of the settlement.

Change suggested by respondent:

The site is situated west of Church Meadow which provides its access point, and north of Fortune Green, to which there is no access. There is an informal footpath to Church Road, which to the west becomes a rural path giving access through the fields to the western edge of the settlement.
