The services at the roundabout have encouraged the frequency of anti-social behaviour and this could potentially become a bigger problem with the expansion of these services.
The infrastructure available for the existing residents is already at the limit of sustainablity so the potential increase in population would cause a serious problem. Simply building a new health centre/school/dentist would not necessarily solve the issue as there is already a staffing crisis in all of these professions.

Definite plans of resolution of these issues need to be provided to reassure residents of concrete solutions.
