Representation Summary:
The proposal to build a housing estate of 25 homes does not sit within the ribbon development.
There are current issues with ditches and flooding which are not yet resolved. There have been continual drainage issues in this area and the drains are not fit for purpose.
SN0537 is within open countryside with established oak and ash trees, designated footpaths with views to open fields, with ditches for water run-off.
Concerns with unsuitable roads and speeding traffic.
No objections to other proposed sites within the village other than drainage, these proposals sit within the constraints of the village and do not impact on the environment.
