The proposal is an over development of the site. Initially, planning permission was sought for 5 dwellings here, 2 of which have already been completed ; this has now rocketed to 15, which might seem appropriate in a city setting, but in density, is excessive
in a village environment.
Sandy Lane is presently a peaceful, typically Norfolk lane. The development would be detrimental to these features.
Reduce the number and density of the dwellings in the plan.
Respect the biodiversity of the village, conserve the traditional typical Norfolk ‘Sandy Lane’.

Spoils approach landscape and character views of village and is not in keeping with the existing settlement. Extends village inappropriately in one direction.
A smaller scale development would be more appropriate in a less prominent position in the landscape.
