Before the housing allocations for each site in Alpington is confirmed, we would like to point out that the deeds for the houses backing on to Church Meadow have a clause to say that any housing development on the allocated land can only have a maximum of 16 houses. Therefore, the allocation for the amount of houses needs to be reduced to 16.

Please can you confirm that this will be looked at in the site planning.

I am writing about the allocated building and development areas for Alpington, Norfolk. There is a site in Church Meadow that has been allocated for 25 houses and more recently a site off wheel road that has been allocated more recently for further development. Before the housing allocations for each site is confirmed, we would like to point out that the deeds for the houses backing on to Church Meadow have a clause to say that any housing development on the allocated land can only have a maximum of 16 houses. Therefore, the allocation for the amount of houses needs to be reduced to 16.

Please can you confirm that this will be looked at in the site planning. Legal representation against a building company or local government would be a huge cost for the families that live here- so we are hoping that you will look at the deeds and make a change at this early stage.
