Representation Summary:
The notes state that no alterations are proposed to existing settlement limits. However if the 2 preferred sites identified in Hempnall were approved for housing the settlement limit would be enlarged to accommodate these sites and so this is misleading.
We oppose new development outside the current settlement limit and oppose any changes to that boundary. Re. SN02220SL the PC is negotiating with Saffron Housing for this site to be used for social housing. However if progressed as a site for market housing the PC would oppose this because it contravenes our policy on the settlement limit.
