Respondent: Pulham St Mary Parish Council
PSMpc support the preferred site SN1052REV. If allocated Council wish to identify the following specific requirements. Provision is made to manage surface/drainage water. There have been historic problems with the drainage route via Norwich Road/Mill Lane. Despite recent upgrade/improvement on Norwich Road, following heavy or persistent rainfall, flooding occurs at the bottom of Mill Lane. In December 2020 seven properties were flooded in Station Road. This current drainage route also adds pressure of further flooding around the bottleneck created by the bridge crossing at the beck. Council therefore request consideration is given to the creation of an alternative drainage route.
