QUESTION 168: Do you support
Representation ID: 306
Received: 06/07/2021
Respondent: Woodton Parish Council
Woodton Parish Council supports SN0278 as a preferred site. Reasons for support are;
- Suitable access off Church Road
- Close proximity to Primary School
- Site links in well with the heart of the village
However, if site SN0278 is allocated we would emphasise that in present year, Woodton Primary School is at full capacity. This is without future residents in relation to the current FW Properties development on The Street being taken into account. Therefore, further children needing education as a result of development of SN0278 would require expansion of the primary school to accommodate the additional demand.
