Pulham Market Parish Council support the extent of the Settlement Limit as shown but would not support any further extension to the southern boundary towards Guildhall Lane alongside the new gardens of Copperfield Court.
Council consider that extending the Settlement Limit further would have an unacceptable and detrimental impact on the landscape and might encourage an application for access to Guildhall Lane, currently an unclassified road and totally unsuitable for this purpose.

Council consider that would have an unacceptable impact on the landscape and might encourage an application for access to Guild Hall Lane, currently an unclassified road and totally unsuitable for this purpose.

Pulham Market Parish Council do not think that any of the shortlisted or rejected sites should be allocated instead of, or in addition to, the preferred site. The Council are happy to support the preferred site SN1024 as they believe it best supports the ongoing requirement of housing needs within Pulham Market.
