The Parish Council object to this site:
- the impact on local services including the doctors’ surgery and the village school
- the sewage system in the village is already showing signs that it is struggling with regular call outs noted, it is clear that the drainage and sewage systems are not adequate to cope with additional housing
- Alan avenue is not a safe access for additional houses, the road is very narrow and already suffers from parking on the pavements
- the detrimental effect on the Flordon Road/A140 junction which has already been identified as requiring improvement
