Traffic increase. Cow Lane is already a danger spot for pedestrians, horses and cars. Fast traffic, delivery vans and HGV rat run. Traffic will only increase the problem.
No bus route, no amenities, road between Hapton and tharston hardly ideal for more traffic.
Development hugely inappropriate and disproportionate for such a small village with no amenities and small village school
