My worry is that the extra cars will create a problem as all the local services are at the far end of the village. Walkers will also be hindered by this. We would request a footpath to be included.
It is good that the dwellings will not overlook the existing bungalows but again we need a footpath along the development but my worries are still the excess traffic

My worry is the extra cars coming onto the street with no footpaths planned
Their must be a footpath added to the plan to aid walkers

It does seem a lot at first but we would not accept more. The dwellings would suffer from a lack of car parking and would need good footpaths around the development
We would like no more than 20 dwellings but 14 would be a better number.

Its too many houses for the site
It could overlook properties that could impact local parishioners
A lack on amenities and local footpaths along the street
Is not in linear keeping with the look of the village
Impact the local environment and wildlife in the area
The worry on the impact access to the building of the plot and the lack of good access
The lack of a defined bus service that is over 2 miles form the proposed site
The proposed dwelling would impact on the reasons why we moved to the village
We do not want the dwellings built
We would like to see the final plans from the developers
We think that the land would be better use in an environmental way saving wildlife and the local habitat
We would like to see better amenities and facilities such as a shop and better woodland areas to walk in.
Local services such as electric and gas where would they run from for the site

I hope that Houses are not built that overlook my property just bungalows or single story homes
I think its the wrong site and not appropriate for dwellings to be built there
Access to and from the site in not reasonable and very dangerous and its not suitable
lack of amenities and paths make the site unsuitable totally
The issue with the environment and local wildlife habitat being destroyed is a worry
I do not want lighting on the proposed site
i do not want 20 houses being built its too many
You must look at the access and exit to ensure we are not hindered by this

I think the site is totally wrong
I think it will impacts on the local wildlife
I worry about the dwellings overlooking other properties
I worry the site will have limited access and exit causing traffic issues
We have no amenities in the village such as a shop or pub and the nearest bus service is a 2 mile walk not as you suggest ion your policy
I oppose the 20 dwellings as that 2 many
I think there are better sites in the village nearer the A140
I would want assurances that no dwellings would overlook my property
I would not like streets lights around the area
I worry that the traffic will increase and cause accidents to parishioner's when walking around the village due to the lack of footpaths

Form & character: should be noted that there is large playing field with play equipment next to village hall. Also village pond upgrade in 2023.
Settlement limit: the changes will have immediate effect on linear style of village. Preference of the Neighbourhood Plan team was 3 smaller sites, rather than one larger site proposed by VCHAP. PC disappointed that NCC Environment Officer did not recommend any of village trees to be suitable for Preservation Orders.
Site allocations: no through village bus service. Bus stops on A140, more than mile from proposed site.
Village linear characteristic: proposed development will result in all properties on south of Mill Rd and 10 bungalows to west of The Street losing their only open view of countryside. Linear characteristic of village should be retained, in line with adopted NP.
Partial site development: serious concern that development of half original proposed site will in future lead to phase 2, which would pose major roadway safety issues.
Neighbourhood Plan Tiv 1: this proposal is not in conformity with policy Tiv1 of the NP (in terms of respecting the form, character and setting of the established pattern of development. The proposal also contradicts NP as regards privacy and open views.
