Ditchingham Parish Council OBJECTS to further houses being built north of Rider Haggard Way, if the only exit for these 35 houses is through the present development and Hamilton Way. Highways approval for the Hamilton Way exit as the only exit for 55 houses has not been supplied. Further development on this site should provide an access via Thwaite Road and Waveney Road, which would reduce traffic using Hamilton Road and the village. Also reducing the risk traffic accidents near the Primary School during term times (see map attached).
The issue of upgrading the Ditchingham Water recycling centre has not been addressed.
