Any development would overlook existing properties adversely impacting on privacy of existing residents.
Insufficient work opportunities in village. Lack of facilities or public transport. Road traffic would increase.
Access too close to sharp bend.
Parking an issue on this road.
No safe cycling, children transported to high school.
No footpath beyond Cow Lane. Road dangerous to walk along.
No amenities for adolescents.
Road declassified no longer B road.
