Development here has been previously refused as the road is not to required standard. Mill Lane has no adequate footpaths and we believe that improvements would be difficult to implement because the green land outside each property is owned by the freeholders.
The junction at the end of Mill Lane/Mill Road is poorly sighted. It is common practice for vehicles to park around this junction making navigation difficult particularly for busses.
Junction of Mill Road/Old Yarmouth Road busses and larger vehicles drive over the footpath regularly due to on street parking.
