This site is in the Landscape Protection zone that has previously been protected from development. There is concern that if development there is approved then it opens the doors to major development in the other large areas that have also been offered. There is poor visibility with the junction at School Lane. The road is narrow. That stretch of School Lane is used as a recreational road currently - this would be lost if the development went ahead.
