Concerned about the increased traffic flow into Alan Avenue, both during construction and once houses are built. The entrance is already highly congested and the street struggles with on road parking, making pavements and roads congested and dangerous. The entry onto A140 from Flordon Road is unsuitable for the level of traffic using Flordon Road and increased traffic from developments would create further concern.
There are insufficient school places and limited amenities - I fail to understand the relevance of a motorbike shop and stage school to the application since they are not amenities used by most of the village.
