81 houses have been built in the last few years (The Limes, Ringwood Close, Gibbs Close) and 30 more are to be built this autumn on School lane. With 1200 homes being built in Hethersett less than 1.5 miles away (possibly rising to 1600) we feel that Little Melton has fulfilled it's allocation of housing. Moreover, development SN4052 is within the Landscape Protection Zone which originally carried a recommendation of "no development" within this area.
