If any development is to happen in the village, it should be in line with previous considerations. No development should take place if sites are deemed to be within the Landscape Protection Zone or the outside the Settlement Boundary (red line on the map)

These zones have been created for a reason and therefore the reasons to restrict development should be adhered to.
