Maybe infill fronting School Lane might be accommodated, otherwise site should be rejected because...
1. Significant quantity of additional housing within the Landscape Protection Zone
2. Road is a quiet cul-de-sac that offers a relaxing semi-countryside place to stroll. If approved, traffic from the additional housing would have a significant negative impact on that.
3. Facilities available for Little Melton residents already at capacity, and with the estates at Hethersett still growing rapidly, significant additional housing will make that situation still more dire.
