-Increased traffic down Cow Lane which is already heavily used disproportionately with its size
-Increased flood risk for houses opposite which already experience issues with water coming down Cow Lane and off the fields.
-Proposed site higher than road and houses opposite - will overlook and take away privacy.

-Development close to sharp bend on narrow road which is heavily used and dangerous for pedestrians as traffic often speeds.
-No amenities other than school. Mythical pub and village shop mentioned in video.Footpath stops at Cow Lane
-No public transport
-Will devalue my property
