Representation Summary:

We live next to the proposed site. It will completely overlook our property,reducing privacy. Site access will be dangerous,the street is very busy with through traffic. Site access will increase danger when exiting cow Lane,you will not be able to see down the road. There is no pavement, if put in cow Lane will have to be crossed,a busy road. Hapton only has a school, no other amenities,no public transport. Flooding is a problem,numerous floods happen here. This sloping site will reduce existing grass causing increased runoff into properties opposite. Numerous at species use this field and other wildlife
