Representation Summary:
Regarding the potential plans to build extra housing on Alan Avenue, Newton Flotman, I am concerned that Alan Avenue itself cannot cope with more traffic. The entrance of the road from Flordon Road is very narrow, curved and steep. Many residents park their cars on the road which limits the amount of cars that can pass at one time which would be made worse with significant extra housing. If the road had been designed differently then extra housing may not be an issue.
