South Norfolk Village Clusters Housing Allocations Plan (Reg. 18 Draft)

Representation ID: 1143

Respondent: Mrs Joanne Firks

Representation Summary:

The land in question is home to various wildlife. We've had buzzards nesting nearby as well as green woodpeckers. This will have an immense impact on their well-being as well as the Winfarthing red deer who also live in the area. The track to the left of the land is used by walkers. The traffic at present tends to exceed the 30 speed limit and would prove dangerous to have the land developed increasing the number of vehicles pulling out onto the road. This would also impact the safety of the children attending the primary school.
