Insufficient local infrastructure to support the additional demands that 55 dwellings will add. 25 from SN4024 and 30 from NEW1. The access to both of these sites is via the top end of Alan Avenue, which is not suitable for another 110+ plus vehicles due to it's blind bends and width.
With no other reasonable entrance road available this site should not go ahead.
